Medical practice at the Karellis

Do not worry about travel in case of health problems during your stay at the Karellis. Our on-site medical practice is there to assist you, whether it’s for a cold, cold, small pain or a more serious concern.

Located at the foot of the slopes, it offers easy and convenient access without having to face snow-covered roads in the winter season.

Making an appointment on site

In order to book your consultation slot you must make an appointment by flashing the QR code that you will find at the reception of your holiday village or at the reception of the Tourist Office.

Drugs delivered on site

The drugs prescribed by our medical team are delivered directly by our office, offering you a quick and effective solution.

For any order of personal medication, contact the reception of your accommodation before 6 pm. Your medication will be available at the same reception the next morning. For small bobos, go to the pharmacy department of the Sherpa supermarket where you will find everything you need: disinfectant, dressings, strapping, thermometers, sunscreen, lip balm…

Rescue on the runway

Ski patrol first-aid personnel are there to provide first aid on the slopes, ensuring a quick and professional response when needed.
